Welcome to Snap The Moment! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our photobooth services, including instant photo printing and digital photo delivery. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. General Use of Services

Eligibility: By using our photobooth, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with our kiosk or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Availability: Our services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during mall operating hours. We reserve the right to pause or close operations due to maintenance or technical issues.

2. Photo Capture and Customization

Photo Content: Users are responsible for the content of their photos. We do not permit the capture of inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or explicit content. We reserve the right to refuse service if such content is detected.

Customization: You will be able to add filters, frames, text, and other customizations to your photos. Please review your customizations before confirming, as they cannot be altered once the photo is finalized and sent for printing.

Live Preview: Before printing, a live preview of your photo will be displayed for your confirmation. Once you confirm the photo, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Payments must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or UPI. Payments must be completed before receiving any print.

Pricing: All prices are listed on-site and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing includes applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

No Credits or Deferred Payments: All services must be paid for in full before prints or digital copies are provided. No credits, deferred payments, or post-payment options are available.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding refunds, cancellations, and photo reprints in case of defects. Refunds are only issued for defective prints or incorrect charges, as detailed in that policy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect basic information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, for the purpose of printing photos. We do not store or share this information for any other purpose without your consent.

Photo Storage: Photos are temporarily stored for the sole purpose of processing your prints. After successful delivery, we do not retain your photos unless explicitly requested by the customer for future use.

Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and photos. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, and by using our services, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with the internet and digital transactions.

6. User Conduct

Responsible Use: Users are expected to act responsibly when using the photobooth. Any misuse of the equipment, including damage or tampering, may result in service refusal or liability for damages.

Inappropriate Content: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the session if inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content is detected. This includes any attempt to capture explicit material or engage in unlawful activities.

Liability: Users are solely responsible for the content of the photos they take. We are not liable for any misuse of images captured through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, technical issues may occasionally cause interruptions. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or malfunctions that prevent the timely printing or delivery of your photos.

Print Quality: While we use professional-quality equipment, we are not liable for slight variations in print color or quality, as minor differences may occur due to technical factors.

Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to photos after they have been printed and delivered physically.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Photos: By using our photobooth, you grant us the right to process and print the photos you capture. However, we do not claim ownership of the photos themselves. All rights to the captured images remain with the user.

Use of Photos: You agree not to use the photos taken at our kiosk for any unlawful, defamatory, or commercial purposes without the necessary permissions from all individuals in the photo.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these terms periodically, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
